Country Properties have been managing my apartment for over 8 years, and i am very happy with the job that they do and i have complete trust in them. They were actually recommended to me by a friend and i am happy i went with them (despite slightly higher cost) because I consider them to be in a different league to other agencies.
I recently visited the apartment for the first time and I was delighted to see the great condition it was in. It looked exactly the same as when I left it 8 years ago and I have no doubt this is due to the quality of tenants that Country Properties attract and carefully screen, as well as frequent inspections. I also greatly appreciate their diligence in responding to me quickly on all issues, keeping the rent at a fair market value and ensuring that i am up to date on all legal issues. When you live over 1000 miles away it's reassuring to know my apartment is in safe hands!
