I've sold my property recently through the help of Jason and his highly effective team, Jamie, in particular. Prior to choosing Franklyn James, I met and obtained valuation from seven agents, and Jason came on top quickly - not through flattering valuation but the professionalism, in-depth knowledge of the locals and up-to-date market conditions, vetting process for professional buyer, presence on both Rightmove and Zoopla, and the overall impression of their effectiveness. I am happy that I was proven to be right: they not only delivered but excelled throughout the process from the beginning to the end. Thanks to their pre-screened prospective client list (and maybe some luck), we found the buyer within a very short timeframe, the price negotiation went smoothly, communication between all parties was passed/handled efficiently, and, best of all, they, both Jason and Jamie, helped smooth out some minor niggling issues arised during the conveyancing, which in turn lead to successful completion of the sale.
All in all, I am very happy with Franklyn James and the excellent team lead by Jason. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them and will definitely return when I am again in the market.
