Excellent service from start to finish from the first phone call. Professional quick and responsive, proactive and always kept me informed on progress. Valuation was arranged swiftly and Ben really did his homework on local market with information provided on sales achieved nearby to backup his valuation together with the potential level of interest. Had 3 offers the same day and sales negotiator managed the negotiation in my best interests really well to get an over asking price offer. Could not have been more pleased. There were a few hiccups from my side after this but the agents understood my position and relayed this to the buyers keeping them on board. I was kept up to date weekly throughout the conveyancing process and there was effective communication back and forth. Only a couple of small issues, the photos were not quite as good as I would have liked but to be fair I did not make an issue of it at the time and I would have liked a phone call before the property appeared on Rightmove etc but apart from that Mansbridge provided a great service with access to keen buyers.
