Jan was very professional throughout the sale - she kept contact to a minimum with only relevant updates. At all times I could reach her by phone or by email and I was very grateful for her candor.

The whole team at CP executed the sale with ease - it is never simple but they kept a lid on things and were calm throughout which is just what I wanted. They also nudged the solicitors along at times too which is always helpful.
Comment on agent fees
CP were open to negotiation as we had a very strict timescale to adhere to. They were flexible and competitive and I felt like I got value for money.
