Michelle suggested we view our new house when I called about another property. We hated the other property but really loved the one suggested by Michelle. We were leaving the country the next day but despite this Michelle negotiated our offer with the seller very professionally and sympathetically which resulted in the successful purchase of our beautiful new home.
