Good evening,
Worst letting agents we´ve ever come across: rude, dishonest and incompetent staff at the Glasgow and Hamilton branch.
We rented a fully furnished house, we were reassured all repairs had been carried out before signing the lease but unfortunately, it was all false. Upper floor furniture had been removed, there were no beds, house was filthy to extremes, repairs had not been carried out and most of them are still unsesolved, after over two months and half. They give you appointments for contractors to come in and sort out things but in most cases, they don´t turn up and the agency does not even care to apologize. Wasted annual leave waiting for people who do not turn up.
Oven broken since the first moment, we have been unable to bake or roast. Boiler broken, we were freezing and having cold water showers and the manager´s recommendation was to heat water in a kettle (amazing!). A faulty microwave oven injured my little one badly. In fact, it´d be quicker to mention what has not been broken than what has been broken as almost nothing has been in proper order for the past (almost) three months. It´s all been a disaster and this agency has made our lives miserable.
Staff blame each other, they make false written statements and they don´t even care. They just don´t care about customers, I don´t think they know what the words truth, honesty and respect mean.
I hope these reviews can help prospective tenants to avoid this agency.

Do not expect to get your deposit back. Check and see who the owner is on tenancy. If its a Mr or Mrs McAllister then im afraid you have been scammed. They own the letting agency so theres a conflict of interest there imo. They have a 100% dispute record for the deposit scheme as far as I can tell through my investigations. Meaning no matter how good you leave the property they will raise a dispute in the hope you do not understand the complicated deposit dispute scheme process. They will then furnish bogus receipts in order to scam the adjudicator. £392 to clean a 1m by 2.8m carpet was what they tried to claim from one of my contacts deposit!!! They then used the same receipt for another.
