I have used Manners since 2008, to let 2 properties. They have consistently found good tenants over the last 7 years, lving overseas, they handle most of the maintenance issues except for the gardening service which was my choice. I have not had a property unlet for more than 10 days in that period. Living overseas they handle all tenant issues and email or call me when required. No issues, no fuss, great service.
