Considering the agents I dealt with in Reading as a whole where absolutely abysmal (especially during this hugely busy time - where "houses sell themselves" and I was told by another agent "I dont get much commission on this so I dont spend the time on it") these guys were a breath of fresh air. They managed to book me in to viewings at short notice, they met my demands of (Saturday only viewings) then when I was in a hurry and needed a fast turn around, they had placed my offer and had it accepted within 2 hours. They booked me in to see a mortgage broker the next working day and survey booked the same day!
You get the feeling that they actually work for the money, unlike almost every other horrible agent i had to deal with in Reading, these guys made life easy and I have to admit Im not surprised in the end that i found a property through them.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
