I originally moved to Manchester from Canada which in itself was a little bit stressful, so the thought of finding a flat in Manchester began to daunt me. However, when I found the listing from Kaytons, for the flat that I am currently living in, I was intrigued and very interested as the photos were lovely, and the location was unbeatable for a city-goer like myself. Originally I was dreading the prospect of more paperwork, but the staff at Kaytons were very friendly and overall very helpful and sympathetic to my situation. They took their time to run through the details of the flat very patiently and were open to all of my questions as well. Correspondence was also very efficient despite the fact that I did not have a mobile phone at the time. We were able to keep in touch via email and sort out all the necessary details quite efficiently. I would highly recommend their services to those seeking out renting property. When I moved in, the flat was in great condition, exactly as it had been when I went to view it. There was a slight glitch with one of the locks; however, they were the ones that brought this to light and had already arranged to have it fixed within the week. I can't thank them enough for being so kind, friendly and helpful and as I mentioned I would 100% recommend their services not only to those moving from overseas, but to local renters as well.
Comment on agent fees
The agency fees were a little higher than I had anticipated; although if I'm being honest, I would rather pay higher agency fees and get great service than pay a low fee and have a stressful move.
