If I ever become an estate agent I will be poaching Stacey and Caroline to come and work for me they are brilliant. Think they were bit high but they sold my property quickly. Would like room for negotiation or % of sale price rather than fixed fee. Then find out they had 1% offer on for june so very unhappy with that.

It is a shame that we didn't get the advertised price for the property but my need for a quick sale was uppermost in my mind so the price achieved reflected this. The fees paid were justified for the thoroughly professional service I received.
