All I can say is that if you are looking to sell your property, then look no further than Emoov!!

I saved well over £2500 on potential estate agents fees and the service provided my Emoov (Jodie Shambrook throughout) was exemplary! I constantly felt updated by what Emoov were doing for me, they were swift with anything I asked them to do, and hugely efficient when having to deal with my buyers and their solicitors.

Having bought and viewed numerous properties over the past few years, most of my experiences of standard estate agents are that they turn up to a property, open the door for you, give you a brochure of the property and their phone number should you want to make an offer. Then there's the obligatory photo of your property (if you're selling one) in an estate agents window... the end!! With Emoov, I had no junk emails or pointless phone calls, my house was listed in goodness knows how many selling websites, the floor plan drawn up was fantastic, as well as all the other stuff previously mentioned... AND, it cost me around £470, not the £3000+ I was quoted by the normal residential agents.

It doesn't matter how big your property is that you're selling, one fee, that's it!!!

Long story short - if you want fantastic customer service at a fraction of the price - Emoov has to be the choice.

No fees information available
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
