They did not make clear the details of the chain involved in the sale of my house. At the bottom of the chain there was a problematic property requiring a commercial mortgage which takes longer than an ordonary one. I only learned this when the sale of that property faiiled for the second time. With the lapse of time my buyer's buyer pulled out. Their new buyer made lower offer; I had to accept £2000 less in turn. During this time I lost the 'perfect' house and had to settle for a less suitable house.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have told me why, in all the many times I asked, there was a delay. Basically they should have been more honest in their dealings with me.Attached Filesnbsp;

Following my initial review the agency had the courtesy to speak with me at my home. I now appreciate the errors made were an oversight due to unforseen circumstances. In consequence I feel future customers would be served well and the agency very understanding should their be any issues. As they are approachable and prepared to listen I would now award the 4 stars, no-one is perfect! ...
