The worst agents we have ever rented from. Slow to respond to real problems such as not having a working heater in our living area over an entire winter, with a young child. It was a cold winter. Slow to return our deposit and took deductions for things wearing out after 10 year's use. Avoid if you can. If you can't, keep good records and be prepared for frustration.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
