My partner and I have been using Macks as tenants for only about 6 months, but have had a really great experience so far. We were initially hesitant to use a letting agency, as our previous flats had been through private landlords, but I can't say enough good things about our experience with Macks. From the first viewing of the flat, Neel has been very helpful and supportive, and the process of letting was very easy and affordable, compared to other high street agencies. Neel and Patricia are always approachable and quick to reply, and all minor issues we've had with the flat have been dealt with quickly. Although they are very professional, it feels like we are dealing with friends at Macks - definitely recommend!
