I used them as they offered me a cheaper fee however a few months into the tenancy, the tenant stopped paying rent and i later found out that they were in receipt of housing benefits.
I went through the eviction process which took me 4-5 months and cost me alot of money that i didnt have. i accepted the tenant from Haarts recommendation and then they would admit any liability! I regret ever using them.
I guess that you really do get what you pay for.
