Tenants late with first payment then only gave us 30% of second , have rang agents a total of 12 times asking for updates on arrears and requested callbacks on news not once have they rang back also no reply on several emails, last two times they promised to , requested they send direct debit forms for tenants out which they said they had 3 weeks ago , in the end we have rang tenants direct they swear they have not received any debit forms and say they would of signed and sent back , as a result when 6 months is up we will not be having them manage property as they are taking £69 for doing nothing

It appeared that valuation was put higher to base fees on it, but when put to the market there was no response on that price level, and I was approached to lower price to attract potential buyers.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have kept promises, been at least 1% efficient and returned calls to prospective tenants. I do not feel this would have been too much to ask from an estate agent!
