We sold our property through Ellis and our main point of contact was Peter and Tania although we also had some dealings with Jatinder. Having lived in Mill HIll for several years we were familiar with many of the agents in the area so when we came to market our property we had no hesitation instructing Ellis as sole agent knowing they would offer first class service and competitive rates.
Peter attended our property to carry out the valuation and we felt very comfortable with the honest and professional approach. Having had an offer accepted on our purchase property we were keen to find a buyer and Ellis were incredibly efficient and proactive marketing our property and finding potential buyers.
Once we had our property under offer (only 48 hours after being on the market!) the team at Ellis always made themselves available and responded to any issues or queries promptly and honestly, nothing was too much trouble. As we were dealing with another Ellis branch to purchase our new property, Peter and Tania were incredibly proactive in keeping dialogue going between the branches to ensure a seamless process and wouldn't hesitate to give a helpful gentle nudge to either party or the solicitors when necessary to keep things moving.
Overall we found what can often be a stressful and frustrating process painless and trouble free which was mainly down to the team at Ellis. We wouldn't hesitate to instruct Ellis again in the future and can thoroughly recommend their services to others.
