Terrible service, basically all they do is 'introduce' a buyer & leave you to it. Took me over 3 months to sell my property. They didn't chase the buyers, couldn't tell me what stage my sale was at, felt like they were helping the buyer rather than me as the seller even though I'm the one paying them. When I complained they made it out like it was my fault & that they did nothing wrong. They said they will chase buyers but never, I had to get updates from my tenant who was on holiday in USA. The original agent I used left the firm ( he was probably sacked) but I was told he was on holiday for 2 weeks and had to wait until he was back to get an update as he never update the spreadsheet. No one took over his portfolio so again my property was just left there with no one taking ownership, only when I kept ringing to chase they gave me someone new. But again that was 'my fault', they never acknowledged or apologise for the bad service I received. Tone & language used was unacceptable made me feel like I was in the wrong. Different agents tell you different things, they lie to get your sale.

We are disappointed by the tone of the review that has been written . We would like to address the points raised by stating that fees paid by prospective tenants are clearly stated on the Lettings Requirement Sheet supplied to them at the outset of the tenancy process . This document clearly outlines the process and does request prospective tenants to make us aware if they have any concerns before paying their fees or submitting their application.
