Chris, Rosanne, Robert, Thomas and Micheel have all been excellent in their various roles within this wonderful company. We employed their services in late December 2013 and since then have never looked back.
Chris has cared for all our property concerns with a level of sheer commitment as if they were his own.
Rosanne is a treasure to this company in the diplomatic manner she employs with our tenants in solving their property concerns.
Robert helped us so much regarding our tenancy agreement and its re-issue.
Thomas and Micheell helped with our property checks, ensuring our standards were maintained.
Anyone else within Lakin & Co. that we had dealings with over the last two years has given us the same excellent service as these named members of staff.
We hope to continue to rent our property for some time and we are sticking with Chris and Co. Why would we go elsewhere when we already have the Best Agent. Thank you Chris and Co.

The fees that Lakin & Co. charge are most reasonable, but more importantly the level of service they have given us is second to none. Their commitment to our concerns was most reassuring and a great comfort to us since we were new to the rental market.
