I have been using Northwood for a number of years to rent out my properties and have always found them extremely helpful, knowledgeable and fair in their dealings. They always contact me if and when anything needs sorting out and are always able to offer options to resolve any issues that are suitable and fair to both myself and the tenant. I know I can always contact them if I have any queries or concerns and will be helped by their cheerful and friendly team. I would and have recommended them to others for both letting and renting and will continue to do so.

I cannot locate your application so I am unsure how far along in the process you was. Once we receive full documentation from anybody applying for our properties we submit them to the landlord for them to make a decision on whether they wish to proceed. If there are more than 1 applications completed at the same time then it is up to the landlord to decide who they wish to proceed with.
