I use Macks properties as a letting agent after they were recommended by a friend. Having listed my property with two lettings agents, Macks and another high street estate agent, I was shocked at how different the level of service was. Neel was extremely professional, listened to everything that was important to me as a landlady and did his utmost to find good quality tenants. He was excellent during tenant viewings compared to the high street agents who couldn't remember simple details such as when the flat would become available. Neel and his company offer an excellent service that really challenges the traditional high street estate agents and I would choose his company every time. I have since recommended him to a friend letting their property. Great service!
