I have been a customer of Bacon and Co since 1996 bought and sold only through them as they are the best company to deal with . When it came to my elderly mother having to sell her home due to ill health I called Scott for his help as the property was not in the west sussex area I asked him if he would sell it for me he immediately took up my plight and came over and valued it and away we went within 2 weeks on the market the property was sold and we completed on the sale in less than 8 weeks . Their handling of my mother's sale was handled with empathy and respect for Mum as it was an emotional journey for her and an end to 38 years of living in my childhood home the house holds a lot of memories and the new buyers are so well matched and will build new memories of their own .I can not thank Ben and Scott enough they have always been there me in myselling and buying and now a first of selling a property out of area for my Mum thank you from the bottom of our hearts xx I will be selling my home I have almost finish renovating so Scott and Ben here we go again for another successful sale soon
