This is the worse ever dealing with letting agent, where no one there to acknowledge the emails and phone.
Every day i use to call and email, but not a single reply.
I could not get the viewing, so directly booked the apartment and paid £360 for booking and referencing.
For viewing the apartment, it took around a month and once i got to see the apartment , there were lot of issues and mailed them to ask whether they can be repaired and still there were no reply even after follow up.
Then i finally decided to give up and decided to cancel the booking and lost £360.

I am not going to deal with Haart lettings any more in my life.

One of the worst experience with HAART lettings. Mr baadi showed me this house i moved to this property in 09/10/2019 before I move in I have told them couple of things to Mr Ben like curtains. As soon as I moved in this house Mr baadi and Mr Ben has left accordingly Haart. It’s been 5 months I haven’t got curtains in the house. had contractors visit by Haart they say landlord don’t accept the price. Why you have contractors which landlord doesn’t accept very funny. What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have shown more enthusiasm and interest, provided better feedback (or any feedback) and made more of an effort with communication all round. To receive the service they provided I would have expected to pay less in fees
