Maxine, was very professional and also pleasant to work with. She was highly knowledgeable about the services Bairstow Eves offers and was able to discuss this in detail and answer questions asked of her. She was able to provide me with information about the new tenancy regulations and how to apply. This was above and beyond what the other agents provided.
What I was very impressed by, was not only her manner, but that she followed up our meeting with an email, she showed that she wanted to do business with me.
I decided to Let my property through Bairstow Eves, because Maxine was so nice, professional and Knowledgeable.

I can see that Maxine is a hugh asset to your organisation
What agent could do to change your mind?
Maxine used her knowledge of the local rental market and brought with her examples. She stated that my 1 bedroom Mews House was not the norm in the area and that it was a lovely quirky building. She set the rental fee, based on what she thought was reasonable in the area for 975.00 per month. I then said that I wanted ‚£1000,00. she thought that it would not be unreasonable to market at that price and then there is room or negotiation.
