From the day we had made arrangements to view our new property until the day we exchanged contracts Stacey McCauley has been on hand to answer any questions we have asked, she has been one of the most helpful supports we could have wished to deal with ,She has kept us feeling sane when some of the matters we have had to deal with in our purchase began to feel like we did not understand the process ,
a very professional young lady who we can not thank enough nothing has been too much trouble for her, always answering our questions in a very polite and positive manner

Think they were bit high but they sold my property quickly. Would like room for negotiation or % of sale price rather than fixed fee. Then find out they had 1% offer on for june so very unhappy with that.

It is a shame that we didn't get the advertised price for the property but my need for a quick sale was uppermost in my mind so the price achieved reflected this. The fees paid were justified for the thoroughly professional service I received.
