This company is awful. On checking in our property was dirty, with the check in inventory stating this numerous times. We did not complain and cleaned it ourselves. On check out, we did as instructed and cleaned it to an equal, if not higher, standard as move in. We are now being charged £240 for it to be professionally cleaned i.e. to a better standard of cleanliness than when we moved in. They refuse to adjust this and are now attempting to add other charges on, such as fixing a bed that was apparently put together wrong. Said bed was put together by one of their furniture workers, so the error lies with them. We our having to seek help through the Property Ombudsman as they are not willing to negotiate down the price. It does not appear that they bother comparing the check in inventory with the check out inventory. Both inventories show photos taken of different parts of the house, meaning that the pictures are unable to be placed side by side and compared. It is disgusting that they think that they can allow us to move into a dirty property and then charge us for it to be cleaned once we leave.
