The agent was always polite and caring. Always explained what was happening and replied honestly to any questions asked. I always had feed back as necessary.
My current situation is very difficult and hence I have not been able to visit the branch as I would have liked but the agent was very supported and communication was always readily available.

I cannot locate your application so I am unsure how far along in the process you was. Once we receive full documentation from anybody applying for our properties we submit them to the landlord for them to make a decision on whether they wish to proceed. If there are more than 1 applications completed at the same time then it is up to the landlord to decide who they wish to proceed with.
