Macks Properties have been excellent ever since I started using them nearly three years ago, following a recommendation from a friend. Not only have they helped to source great tenants and carried out all the paperwork with ease, they have also been able to advise on legal issues, help with maintenance and building work etc and much more besides. I've since recommended them to other friends to use and have received free fees for my recommendation. I would not hesitate to recommend Macks Properties and especially my main contact, Neel Patel. I wouldn't work with another lettings agent and I certainly couldn't consider going with one of the high street chains who charge a fortune for such poor customer service -certainly not the case with Macks.
