This agency are ok, if you don't mind being patronised to death! It seems to be run by snooty young women who think they are a cut above the rest and enjoy talking down to people. They clearly don't like tenants. Some of the tactics they use are underhand (they arranged a checkout of the property I was living in without telling me). I wouldn't rent from them again (though I'd imagine, from a landlord's perspective, they appear quite professional). Avoid (if you are a tenant).
