Great people to deal with: Helpful and never made getting repair work done a hassle. If they said they were going to do something, they did (never gave me the run-around). They also didn't make requests sound like the tenant was being unreasonable, and were friendly to talk to.
Comment on agent fees
Costs were all explained clearly, and contracts were well organized and professional.
