This company is useless. I lived in one of their flats for a whole year. Any problems that were faced i had to sort myself. If the lights went they would take a month to fix, if the door handles broke it took a month. There were rats in my flat and still it took ages to get somebody to come and see us. The manager of the leeds branch always avoided our phone calls. When we rang the receptionists to speak to him, he would be there (we know this because we could hear his voice) yet he would say hes too busy and would ring us back. He never did. When it came to our deposit they would not return it to us and kept on saying that our flat still needed to be checked 3 months after we moved out. I would not recommend to stay in any of their flats it was terrible.

Dear Tenant. We apologise for our part in any inconvenience you may have received. You will appreciate in this case the landlord is responsible for maintenance and repairs. We have changed our processes recently only allowing three days for him to undertake works before we take over. As you mentioned the bills were also the responsibility of the landlord however after you involved the agents in the discussions the situation was quickly resolved by using company funds and then deducting from the landlord rent.

Very surprised by your comments, while living at the accommodation you complemented it, however when leaving the accommodation you decided to say these things. The property is only as good as the way people keep it and you were one of the people living there. Your deposit was returned within contractual timings but some people decide to try and get it back sooner. I am disturbed by your comments - Would you like me to post pictures of how you left the flat so the people can decide ?
