We have been on the guaranteed rent deal for about 5 years with Northwood Luton. We have found them to be very easy to get on with in all aspects . Del is honest and up front as well as professional . All his staff are friendly and helpful . To start with we found the guaranteed rent scheme a little costly but as time has gone on we feel things have turned out good for us - the tenant did not pay the rent and had to be evicted and taken to court . Northwood payed all the costs and also put new carpet down , plastered a wall , painted the downstairs and fitted new floor in the bathroom, all at their cost whilst still paying our rent each month . When any maintenance needs doing they let us know , we tell them to go ahead and the job is done - always at a low price with no fuss . We have no complaints at all . Very happy . Thank you :)

I cannot locate your application so I am unsure how far along in the process you was. Once we receive full documentation from anybody applying for our properties we submit them to the landlord for them to make a decision on whether they wish to proceed. If there are more than 1 applications completed at the same time then it is up to the landlord to decide who they wish to proceed with.
