We rented a property from Gallant and Richardson for two years, in this time all my dealings with Debbie Ellis were not pleasant. She is rude, condescending, patronising, and does not care about the tenants at all, only the landlords, ( that is when she isn't calling the landlord behind their back to the tenant!). She treats tenants like second class citizens, as if we can't afford to buy, when anybody knows it costs the same, or even more to rent nowadays! When I challenged her in saying she has a responsibility to us not just the landlord she merely stated

Paying pet fees for a home that smelt of animals when we moved in, we had to pay to have our pets, but were expected to live in a home that smelt of somebody else's pets!Attached Filesnbsp;
