My very first contact with Complete, was with Wayne and from this, we never thought of any other agent!
Luke then visited us to do all the usual survey and stuff, and he too was great to deal with!
They both did exactly what they said they would do and what happened was exactly what they said would happen.
We sold within a week (STC, but completed within reasonable time).
Very good, very reliable and very recommendable.

Comment on agent fees
I agreed 1.25% if an offer was over x-amount..... which it was and which I gladly paid. Because our house sold so quickly (within a week), I'm sure there was a lot of work you would not of had to have done, so maybe this could have been reflected in a slight rebate? Maybe I'll speak to Luke about this next time we move...... lol.....
