Sent an email to say I had given a letter of notice to vacate to my landlady and she had said I also needed to contact Hunters as they held my Bond. I didn't what was to be done before I left and how I got my Bond back. I got no reply to my email not even a courtesy reply to say they had received it. I called into the office to find out what I needed to do once I had vacated the property. My landlady checked the property and contacted Hunters to say everything was fine. I phoned Hunters a couple of days later to see what was happening with the Bond and did they want my Bank Details. The person on the other end of the line saying he would get round to it in a few days. I reminded him that the money had to be retuned in my account within 10 days. With that he started raising his voice saying Don't tell me how to do my job concentrate on your own job. I do this every day and I have 10 days to turn it around and then something about 30 days. The next day I phoned back to find out who the rude unprofessional person was I had spoken to the previous day. Later that day I received a call from Hunters saying I had phoned to make enquiries about my Bond being returned. I said I had phoned to find out who the rude person was I had spoken to the previous day as I wished to lodge a complaint. He said it was me my name is Rory and I am one of the largest shareholder managers in the business. To continued to say I am no longer dealing with your account I have passed it to York and gave me their phone number. Ring them and complain about me or the Omdbusman I have nothing to worry about I know who they will belive I'm not dealing with you again. Very childish attitude and so totally unprofessional. Would never use them again and would recommend other people do the same

Very poor customer service. Fiona is very rude and when they had received my nearly £2,000 for selling my house and it was securely in their bank account, she telephoned me telling me off, telling me my solicitor was in the wrong and talking over me. ...

I was very concerned to ready your review. Firstly may I apologize on behalf of the company. I was not made aware of your concerns and complaint and we treat these very seriously, and have a thorough procedure. Sadly Fiona did not make me aware. I do not have your name but if you would like to call me I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you. If you had called back and asked for me or my Sales Manager we would have done everything possible to put things right. We are very proud that we ...
