They are a bunch of incompetent, unprofessional, dishonest agents with really bad communication skills, and maybe we are lucky that it turned out at the beginning and not after having a contract with them. With these working morals, we will surely avoid KFH as our renting/ letting/ buying agents forever.
We personally visited the agency on Saturday afternoon and were told about a flat that we really liked. After double-checking with Adrian that there were no offers on it (only one that got refused) we asked for the earliest possible viewing (Monday 1pm). During the viewing we loved the flat so much, we wanted to do an official offer right away and fill in the forms. Hayley said there's no need to write an official offer but she would took our details and forward it to the landlord and would get back to us latest in the evening (that already sounded strange). As we haven't got any news until 6.30 pm we tried to ring the office and we were told there's suddenly another offer for the property!! (when we gave our details after the viewing we were still told there was only the one that got refused). So we were told to wait until next morning and they were going to call and update us (the colleague on the phone couldn't or didn't want to say any more details). That night the status of the property on Zoopla/Rightmove (can't remember which one) changed to

Quick to show you property or for them to show new tenants.
