I have been renting my property through Northwood for the past few years. I have rented throug agency before and I had a very bad experience. Northwood is great, I love everyone Jacqui is always very nice and helpful, Martyn always deals with my problem straight away, he is always very polite and nice as well. I hope I will never have to use another agent. Thank you for your hard work.

I cannot locate your application so I am unsure how far along in the process you was. Once we receive full documentation from anybody applying for our properties we submit them to the landlord for them to make a decision on whether they wish to proceed. If there are more than 1 applications completed at the same time then it is up to the landlord to decide who they wish to proceed with.
