As students studying in Edinburgh, we were warned many times by our University's Student Services, and our friends living in private rented accommodation about landlords, and even some agencies, taking students for a ride and not being very responsive.
As such, we were really nervous to be moving into Private accommodation and having to deal with an agency, however, from the time we submitted our applications to SS for our flat in Leith, we have honestly experienced the best service from Mark, that we could have ever asked for.
Mark is always quick in responding to our maintenance issues and often accommodating any other needs we have. The best example I can think of is while our friends have to worry about HMO licenses and making sure their flats are meeting Health & Safety standards, we have never ever needed to worry about any of this as Mark is on ball!

He is extremely professional and definitely an asset to the SS team, in terms of providing unrelenting support, advice and service.
Massive 10/10 from everyone in our flat and a huge congratulations & thank you for everything Mark has done so far.
