I really dont know where to start, Awful company and awful staff, not only they charge much more than the rest for their "administration" fees, but they provide a very bad, delayed customer service, that's if you are one of those lucky people to hear back from them.

Every time I had a problem with the flat, including emergency ones, they never ever deal with it in a timely manner, you name it, from getting a parking ticket for the the car park I rented from them and they never sent the parking permit to display on the car, to the regular faulty appliances I had in the flat and never took responsibility for.

Now even after I left the doomed flat that I paid loads of money to rent out, they never returned or asked the Deposit Protection Service to reurn the money, as of now it has been more than 4 months, yes 4 months, and I still have not received my deposit back.

The matter is now going to the court, apparently after reading all the reviews, this is how things usually end up with this terrible company.

Be grateful to me and avoid dealing with them at ANY cost, you have been warned.
