We chose Fine & Country to sell our house as they had sold a few properties in our village. Paul came and did our initial valuation. He was very chatty and efficient and soon had us signed up. The photographer came and took some beautiful pictures, and we had some viewings almost straight away. The brochure and website are very high quality and really brought the best out of our house.
Our house proved to be more difficult to sell, and we had to drop the price. Soon after this we quickly an offer which resulted in acceptance and the sale of our house.
Richard, Paul, Sue and Julie all helped with the viewings and were very efficient and professional throughout. It was Richard who finally bagged the sale, and he liaised with our buyers quickly and courteously. Julie dealt with liaising with the buyers and solicitors, easing us through the stressful times of moving house!
We would definitely recommend Fine & Country.
