I am exceptionally pleased with how Northwood Luton have dealt with my property, from the initial appointment to the management of the tenant. It wasn't easy for Northwood at the beginning as I had only just bought the property and they handled every aspect of getting the property ready in time for the tenants they had found very quickly to be moved in. With every new property there are hiccups but Northwood assured me that they had full control of everything. I am very pleased with the communication from the team, Martyn has been fantastic in dealing with all the maintenance issues at the property, and Jacqui has superb knowledge of my tenants. If there has been any issues they are always ready to help. I am very happy with everything and confident that they will be taking care of my next rental property with the same due care and attention.

I cannot locate your application so I am unsure how far along in the process you was. Once we receive full documentation from anybody applying for our properties we submit them to the landlord for them to make a decision on whether they wish to proceed. If there are more than 1 applications completed at the same time then it is up to the landlord to decide who they wish to proceed with. If the landlord has chosen to go with a stronger applicant there is nothing else I can do and apologize that y ...
