Was very helpful negotiating our deposit.
Only gripe is due to the landlord not changing gas and electric companies before we moved in, we are in limbo and it's going to take about two months to set up but it's only a minor complaint.

They did not provide misleading information, however your office did ask them to play around with dates on the application which I have seen emails for. This would have been misleading. They tried to provide a guarantor with the criteria given but this was rejected. They tried everything possible to resolve issues and get the house. They should get there deposit back. ...

Just wanted to add to my original review. I have now had the property for 2 years and have to say I am really happy with Nathan, Robyn and all the team at NMR. Living in Spain I need an agent to fully manage my property and NMR give me that . Best Letting Agent in Durham 
Apologies regarding the utilities, NMR Lettings arrange the set up for move in and did provide the new company the meter readings for move in. This would in due course arrive in your name and you would only be responsible for the start meter reading which we provided and we took together at the check in. Apologies if it has caused a little confusion. If you could email us at the usual address to advise what the glitch in change over has been regarding taking up to two months this would be much appreciated for us to to be aware and improve this process.
