After our first buyer fell through we were so disappointed as we had already found a new home with surveys and solicitors already in full progress. Warren and Rob kept our spirits up by keeping in touch and re advertising our property. We were delighted to get another buyer and Warren worked closely with us and everyone in the chain to ensure nothing was missed for completion to go as smoothly as possible. Everyone in the Raynes park office were polite helpful and positive in the whole procedure of the sale of our property.
