I have used Northwood in Luton since 2008. I would highly recommend this agency. Over many years they have delivered a really good level of service to me. I've found them contactable, friendly and efficient. I used the company for the gauranteed rental scheme because I moved to France. Everything is basically sorted out for me and indeed they have invested a lot of time over the years sorting out various boiler / general maintenance problems on my behalf. Super people, - always ready to help!

I cannot locate your application so I am unsure how far along in the process you was. Once we receive full documentation from anybody applying for our properties we submit them to the landlord for them to make a decision on whether they wish to proceed. If there are more than 1 applications completed at the same time then it is up to the landlord to decide who they wish to proceed with.
