Having recently rented a property with Northwood. We are extremely happy with the agency and staff already. We dealt specifically with Jacqui and she was genuinely helpful and helped make the whole process run as smoothly as possible. All contact via email was responded straight away and calls were also returned quickly. Natalie was also really friendly and helpful and called back straight away when I called with any questions. Having dealt with other agencies in Luton in the past, I can honestly say that Northwood are far more thorough, approachable and professional. This is reassuring for a tenant. I am also really impressed with the way that you can contact Northwood online with maintenance issues. It is nice to be given reassurance to contact the office at any time if need be. Overall we cant thank the staff enough. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property in Luton.

I cannot locate your application so I am unsure how far along in the process you was. Once we receive full documentation from anybody applying for our properties we submit them to the landlord for them to make a decision on whether they wish to proceed. If there are more than 1 applications completed at the same time then it is up to the landlord to decide who they wish to proceed with.
