All aspects of the sale of my property were handled very efficiently by Guy, Jacob and Andrea at the Horsham office. Guy Bateman came to do the initial valuation and demonstrated his expert understanding of the Horsham property market, as it specifically related to my type of property. The marketing of the house was done very effectively and, as I was away from the property for much of the time, the Horsham office staff handled all the viewings. I was kept full informed of upcoming viewings and received regular feedback on each. What particularly impressed me was the speed with which any query I had was answered and the way that Guy, Jacob and Andrea kept each other informed of all developments with the sale of my property. They seem to know all their customers by name and can give prompt updates on the current state of play is with regard to their sale.
