I have been a Northwood tenant for the past 5 years, I have moved to 2 different houses with Northwood. I am hoping that I will never have to change the agent. I absolutely love them all, they are all very friendly and professional at the same time. They always deal with my problems straight away, even the contractor they use are all brilliant. The best agent I have dealt with.

I cannot locate your application so I am unsure how far along in the process you was. Once we receive full documentation from anybody applying for our properties we submit them to the landlord for them to make a decision on whether they wish to proceed. If there are more than 1 applications completed at the same time then it is up to the landlord to decide who they wish to proceed with.
