Adil Niazi and Molly Phillips have been very supportive to me, especially during the past few months, in not only dealing with a difficult tenant, but also obtaining new tenants in a very timely manner. Adil, given he is relatively new to Andrew Reeves (Beckenham), has been proactive and effective in finding an appropriate solution to a difficult situation, in which his good industry knowledge enabled a swift resolution to the issue. Both Molly and Adil have provided good support to me in all aspects of the rental process, which has been much appreciated. Thank you guys!
