We used Mansell McTaggart in relation to probate valuation of properties in my dad's estate resulting in the sale of one of these properties. The estate completion took a considerable time to get to the point of this sale during which time our agent Guy Bateman established an honest and well communicated relationship with us providing market updates and up to date valuations.
During the marketing process lines of communication were kept open with the dialog clear and honest at all times, the sales pitch and marketing were well targeted and we achieved a decent price on the property. The completion of the property went smoothly with Guy fielding communications professionally and guiding others in the chain when required.
In summary we were entirely satisfied with the service provided, our agent was professional, knowledgeable, informative and his team were able to efficiently cover if he was unavailable. I would recommend and use Mansell McTaggart services in the future
