From the minute we transferred the initial deposits, Prestige Capital have been the worst professionals I have ever had any interaction with. Before moving in we had arranged to view the flat once more to see what furniture etc was provided, but when we showed up we were unable to get hold of the estate agents and waited outside for an hour. We were then later emailed to say that they don't have keys to the flat, so they couldn't let us in. Luckily during the tenancy of just 8 months, we didn't have to have any further interactions with them but the problems began again when we started the moving out process. Jessica, the staff member we dealt with, failed to acknowledge our moving out notice and we had to chase her multiple times. She then booked the inventory check for the wrong day and so we had to arrange that ourselves, and then once we moved out and needed our deposit back, we heard absolutely nothing from Jessica. It has been over two months since we left the flat, and despite calling EVERY day to the office and emailing a number of times, we are still unable to even get through or get a response back. When I try calling from my mobile, the call is unanswered so obviously blocked. We tried physically going to the Mayfair office (the Finchley Road one is now closed down) and there was no one there to help - the security guard hadn't even heard of the company. Worried that the company had gone into liquidation, a friend phoned on the pretence of renting another flat and Jessica herself answered the phone and sent emails within minutes so this is clearly not the case. I would urge ANYONE looking to rent or have any dealings with this estate agency NOT to as we are still waiting for our money back and I couldn't be more unhappy with the service they have provided.
